The kiwifruit or Chinese gooseberry, may be eaten raw, made into juices, used in baked goods. So let's give a try to this kiwifruit in preparing delicious smoothie or frappe.
Ingredients:
- Ice 1 1/2 cup
- Kiwi (or more if you love kiwi) 1-2
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Banana (used for taste and thickening) 1-2
Blend all the ingredients together in the blender, Until you get the right consistency of your Smoothie.
Note:
- Adjust amount of sugar acc. to your taste.
- Milk can be used while blending, if you need.
