Raw Mango Chunda

 
Instant / Quick, sweet and spicy raw mango chunda / chutney combine with sugar and some spices. so lets start making this instant raw mange pickle.

Ingredients:
  • Raw mango                    3
  • Sugar                              2 cups
  • Red chillie powder         1 tsp
  • Cumin powder                1 tsp
  • Black salt                        1 tsp
  • salt                                   1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder          1/2 tsp
Method:

Wash and Peel all the mangoes one by one. After peeling the mangoes, grate them in a bowl, about 2 cups of pulp will come out.

Put grated mango in the wok or pan and also add sugar. Turn on the flame on low flame and mix mango and sugar. 
After this put black salt, salt, hing, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder in the mango and mix everything. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring it a little.

Mix all the spices till well combined. Ready mixture will look a little thin at this time, but after cooling it will become thick and ready. Take it out in a bowl, the mango chutney is ready.

Sweet and spicy mango chutney can be taken in tiffin with puri, parantha or chapati. After cooling it, keep it in any container in refrigerator.

Note:
  • You can add either sugar or jaggery in it according to your choice.
  • Adjust the level of redechilli powder and sugar according to your taste.
