Fruity Yoghurt

Delicious Mix Fruit Yogurt / Curd..!! Perfect for your breakfast or as a side in Lunch.

Ingredients:
  • Chopped mixed fruits            2 Cup 
  • Corn flakes or wheat flakes   3/4 Cup
  • Thick fresh curds (dahi)        2 Cup
  • Powdered sugar                     3 - 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence (optional)     1/2 tsp

Method :

Take a serving Bowl or glass, pour 1/4 cup of the blended curds at the bottom, add 1/2 cup of fruits and again 1/4 cup of the curds over it. Refrigerate to chill. Just before serving top it with corn flakes and serve immediately.

Note:
  • Any fruit you can use like (watermelon, grapes, papaya, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi, etc.)
  • Serve it chill in a glass or in a bowl.
