Ingredients:
- Chopped mixed fruits 2 Cup
- Corn flakes or wheat flakes 3/4 Cup
- Thick fresh curds (dahi) 2 Cup
- Powdered sugar 3 - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla essence (optional) 1/2 tsp
Method :
Take a serving Bowl or glass, pour 1/4 cup of the blended curds at the bottom, add 1/2 cup of fruits and again 1/4 cup of the curds over it. Refrigerate to chill. Just before serving top it with corn flakes and serve immediately.
Note:
- Any fruit you can use like (watermelon, grapes, papaya, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi, etc.)
- Serve it chill in a glass or in a bowl.
