Chocolate Sauce


Hot and rich chocolate sauce served warm, with Brownie or ice cream

Ingredients
  • Milk                         2 cup
  • Cocoa powder         4 tablespoons
  • Sugar                 1/2 cup
  • Butter , frozen          1/2 inch pieces 1/2 cup

Method

Mix together milk and cocoa powder. Bring it to a boil and further cook till it thickens. Add sugar and continue to cook, stirring continuously. Finally add butter and mix well. Serve warm.
