Tasty Vegetable Maggie Noodles. Kids will love, specially who don't like to eat vegatables.
Ingredients
- Water 3 cups
- MAGGI 2 packets
- Oil 2 tsp
- Onion , thinly sliced 1 medium
- Carrots , cut into strips 2 medium
- Finely shredded cabbage 2 cups
- Broccoli florets 2 cups
- MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tsp
- Grated ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic , crushed 1 clove
- Water , extra 2 tsp
Method
Bring water to the boil in a medium saucepan. Break the noodles into the water with the contents of the flavour sachets. Cook for 2 minutes, drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups liquid; set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan add onion and carrots, cook 3 minutes. Add reserved liquid and bring to the boil. Add cabbage, broccoli, MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce, ginger and garlic, cook 1 minute.
Add extra water. Stir into vegetables and bring to the boil. Add noodles and steak; cook a further 1-2 minutes, stirring. Serve immediately.
