Yummy Coriander and mint chutney. It can be served with any of the snacks.
Ingredients
- Fresh coriander leaves,chopped 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves,chopped 1/2 cup
- Onion, Sliced 1 large
- Green chillies,chopped 2-3
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method to Prepare Mint Chutney
Process the fresh coriander, fresh mint, onion and green chillies in a blender to a smooth paste with a little water if required. Add the black salt and sugar (optional). Transfer to a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix well.
Note: Use Rock salt if you are making Green chutney for vrat.
