Moong Sabut Dal Sprouts. Perfect for making Salads, make it at home either of borrowing from market..

Ingredients:
Whole green grams (sabut moong) as required

Method:

Soak green gram in sufficient water for overnight or for 4-5 hours. Drain and place gram in a wet muslin cloth and tie in a bundle. Pace bundle in a colander and set aside, for overnight, at a warm place like a kitchen cabinet.
Or, You can place gram in a strainer covering it with lid at a warm place in the kitchen. You will notice that within 1-2 days sprouts are ready to use. You can Refrigerate them in box for 4-5 days. Use them as required. It goes well in Salads making.
