Fruit salad is a dish consisting of various kinds of fruit, sometimes served in a liquid, either in their own juices or a syrup. When served as an appetizer or as a dessert, a fruit salad is sometimes known as a fruit cocktail or fruit cup. In different forms fruit salad can be served as an appetizer, a side-salad, or a dessert.

- Apple 1
- Kiwi 1
- Strawberries 1
- Banana 1
- Pineapple 1/2cup
- BlueBerries 1/2cup
- Orange juice 100ml
Method:
Wash all of the fruits properly. Peel the kiwi and Chop apple, strawberry, kiwi, put them together in a bowl and mix them up. Pour orange juice on the top of the fruits and mix them again lightly by clean hands.
Refrigerate it for at least one hour and use it as per needed.
Note:
- Orange juice help in stopping the apple from going brown.
- Add or reduce fruits according to your taste and availability.
- You can also use 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks.
