Creamy Tomato Pasta

Pasta is a noodle made from an unleavened dough of a durum wheat flour mixed with water or eggs and formed into sheets or various shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta boiled                               200 grams
  • Onions chopped                         2 medium
  • Coriander powder                      1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder                      1 tsp
  • Tomato chopped                        1 medium
  • Green capsicum chopped           1
  • Butter                                         1 tbsp
  • Salt                                             to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves               For Garnishing

Method:

Heat butter in a non stick kadai. Add onions and saute till brown. Add tomatoes and capsicum and saute well for two minutes. After that add coriander powder, red chilli powder. Mix well. Now add White Sauce and tomato sauce acc. to taste then add pasta and salt. Toss well.
Finish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.



Note: 

  • Use Of Tomato and white sauce is optional
  • You can use any pasta sauce available in market acc. to your taste
  • Homemade Mayonnaise can also be used.
