One of the common sauce used as dressings in salads and spreads in Burger and sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- Flour(Maida) 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Make white sauce with the flour, Butter and milk.
- When cool, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Chill it, and your mayonnaise is ready.
- Keep it in an airtight jar in refrigerator.
Note: You can use lime juice in place of vinegar, if you want.
