Eggless Mayonnaise



One of the common sauce used as dressings in salads and spreads in Burger and sandwiches.



Ingredients:
  • Flour(Maida)                2 tbsp
  • Oil                               1 tbsp
  • Milk                            1 cup
  • Vinegar                        3 tbsp
  • Sugar                           1 tsp
  • Salt                              1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder   1/4 tsp
  • Mustard powder          1/2 tsp

Method:
  • Make white sauce with the flour, Butter and milk. 
  • When cool, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill it, and your mayonnaise is ready. 
  • Keep it in an airtight jar in refrigerator.

Note: You can use lime juice in place of vinegar, if you want.
