Ingredients
- Potato fingers (cut it long pieces) 200 gm
- Honey 50 mgm
- Til 2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 50 gm
- Chopped garlic 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Mix potato with corn flour and deep fry till its colour changes into brown. Heat oil, sauté garlic, chilli powder and tomato sauce.
Add the fried potatoes to this mixture and add salt. Stir well. Then add sesame seeds (til) for garneshing.
Honey chilli potato is ready to serve.
Note:
You can also add fresh coriender leaves for garneshing.
2 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp chilli sauce can also be added while sauting red chilli powder,garlic and tomato sauce.
