Easy Veg. Pan Pizza



It's a easiest way to prepare Veg. Pan Pizza at home very quickly at home. Pizza is topped with spicy vegetable mixture and cooked on a pan, served sprinkled with cheese.

Ingredients
  • Pizza base                       6
  • Butter                             2 tablespoons
  • Onion ,sliced                     2
  • Capsicum,cut into juliennes   3
  • Cabbage,shredded             1 cup
  • Red chilli powder             1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder                     1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder             1 teaspoon
  • Salt                                     to taste
  • Cheese,grated                     1 cup

Method

Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onions and fry till onions are translucent.

Add capsicums, cabbage and saute for two minutes. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and saute for a minute. Remove from flame and keep it aside. Apply butter on one side of pizza base.

Heat a non stick tawa and cook the buttered side of the pizza base till golden brown.Turn over and spread the prepared mixture on top of it. Repeat the same to the remaining bases. Sprinkle some cheese on top of it and serve hot.

Note:
You can also use tomato sauce before topping pizza with veggies.
You can choose toppings of veggies acc. to your choice.
you can also bake it in microwave for 7-8 min until cheese melts.
