Easy, light and crispy bhindi
Ingredients
- Bhindi 1/2 kg
- Onion, thinly sliced 2 medium
- Oil 1 1/2 tsp
- Pinch of asafetida (hing)
- Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder (dhania) 1 tsp
- Turmeric (haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp
- Mango powder (amchoor) 1/2 tsp
Method
Wash the Bhindi and pat dry. Make sure to completely dry the okra as wet okra will be sticky when cutting. Cut off the both ends of the okra, and slice lengthwise in halves. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan / kadhai on medium-high heat. Add the cumin seeds and asafetida (hing). When the cumin seeds crack, add the Bhindi. Saute it for 2-3 min unitll they become lightly fry. Now add sliced onion in it, saute it till the onion become light pink in color.
Add Remaining ingredients in it. Cook the bhindi for 2-3 min by covering it with lid of kadhai at a low flame till it become lightly crispy.
Note: You can add 1 tsp Besan it in while adding other ingredients.

I eat Masala Bhindi twice in a week because it is very healthy and good for our brain functioning. I can do it myself at home, very easy to cook Masala Bhindai. Great work, kindly share us some more.
