Method to Prepare Tangy Tomato Potato Dish
Firstly boil, peel and chop potatoes. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add hing, tomato paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chillie powder, coriander powder, garam masala in it. saute it untill the mixture leaves the oil. Add potatoes with 2-3 cups of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until gravy becomes thick. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.
Note: Use Sendha namak / rock salt for preparing vrat food instead of normal salt
