Sabudana Cutlet


Easy and tasteir snack recepie for navratri. Do try it on thehes navratri.


Ingredients
  • Sago (sabudana)                                     1 cup
  • Potatoes                                                  400 gm
  • Chopped coriander                                  2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies                              2 tsp
  • Rock salt (sendha namak)                         to taste
  • Groundnut oil/desi ghee(clarified butter)     to shallow fry

 
Method For Sabudana Cutlet:
Soak the sabudana (sago) in water for 30 mins. Drain it and set aside. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes finely.
Add the soaked sabudana, green chillies, coriander and salt to the potatoes and mix well. Divide the mixture into 16 equal parts. 
Roll our each part into a log or a patty and shallow fry in medium hot oil till golden. Serve it hot.
