Rumali Roti



It is a flat Indian bread which is soft, thin and delicious made from maida and atta

Ingredients

  • Maida           3 cup
  • Atta               1 cup
  • Salt               1 1/2 tsp
  • Soda            a pinch
  • Curd             1 cup
Method
Mix all the ingredients and knead well to make a soft dough. keep it aside by covering it, for 2 hrs at a hot place.
Take a small ball from the dough. Roll and expand it into a thin chapati of about 12 diameter circle using little flour.
Heat inverted Tawa, place roti on it carefully and cook it well, till it done. Fold it like handkerchief and serve it hot with Indian curry.
