This mango smoothie recipe is thick, creamy and enormously satiating. This makes a very satisfying meal at any time of day.
Ingredients
- Ripe mangoes,peeled and chopped 3 large
- Yogurt 6 tsp
- Milk,chilled 3 cups
- Sugar 8 tsp
- Ripe mango, peeled, 1 cm cubes 1 medium
Method
Keep the chopped mangoes in the freezer for some time. Take the yogurt in a smoothie maker. Add frozen mango pieces and mil. Blend till smooth. Add sugar and blend again. Put some mango cubes into a glass, pour the smoothie and serve immediately garnished with some more mango cubes.

- You can use low - fat cow milk and low- fat yogurt.
- 1 tsp honey or more can be used in place of sugar.
