Kaleji Paneer


It is a delicious and pure veg. recipe of paneer giving a look of non-veg.

Ingredients
  • Paneer                                         50 gm
  • Onion                                          3 medium
  • Mava                                           100 gm
  • Garlic-Ginger- green chilli paste    1 tsp
  • Tomato                                        4 medium
  • Curd                                            2 tsp
  • Malai                                           1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder                         1 tsp
  • Coriander powder                        1 tsp
  • Salt                                              1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala                               1 tsp
  • Tej patta                                       2-3
  • Laung                                           1
  • Daal Chinni                                   1 medium piece
  • Kali Mirch                                    10-12
  • Jai fal                                            thoda saa
  • Shahi jeera                                    1 tsp
  • Tea                                               3 tsp
  • Green Coriander                           to taste
  • Green Elaichi (small)                     1

Method
Boil Tea in 2 cup of water. Sieve boiled  water from tea. Now cut paneer into pieces by hands only and put that pieces in tea-boiled water for 2-3 hours.
Take refined in a pan and mava in it. saute it, till it will be light brown in color  keep it aside in another bowl. In remaining refined fry long,Daal chini, Kali mirch, Jai fal, Shahi jeera, untill they become light brown in color and make a powder mixture of it by grinding in grinder.
Now in 1 tsp refined fry tej patta and then add onion paste, saute till it will be light pink in color. add ginger-garlic and green chili paste, saute it for 2 min, and then add tomato paste and all masala's in it (not including laung daal-chinni powder). saute the mixture till it leaves the oil.
add curd and malai saute for 2 min then add mawa and paneer, again saute it for 2 min. Now add 1 1/2 cup of water chopped coriander and laung- daal chinni powder in it. saute it for 10 min and serve it hot.
