Big bread slices 8
For Topping
- Boiled Potato 6
- Green chillie 2-3
- green coriander powder 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Amchur Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Red chillie 1/2 tsp
For Paste
- Besan 1 cup
- Salt a pinch
- Red chilli powder a pinch
For Decoration
- Green chutney 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Grated paneer(cheese) 100 gm
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds(jeera) and saute it till they become golden brown. add boiled mashed potato and all masala's of topping. saute it for 6-7 min.
Make a separate paste of besan, salt, red chilli powder. now heat up non stick pan, put 1 tsp oil and roast it lightly from one side. turn the bread to other side. add on the first roasted side of bread potato mixture firstly and besan paste secondly on potato mixture. add 1 tsp oil on same side and by turning it again roast it from that side properly. so that besan should be crisped. garnish it with grated paneer. serve it hot with grren coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
