Yummy recipe, which includes all healthy vegetables. Vegetable Koratrma is a delicious combination of several vegetables in a creamy sauce. Navratan korma is not very popular among restaurants. But very easy to prepare at home.
Ingredients
- Carrot 2
- Capsicum 1 large
- Beans 100 gm
- Peas 1 cup
- Cauliflower 1/2
- Cheese 100 gm
- Makhane accordingly
- Pineapple slices 2-3
- Onion 2
- Tomato 3-4
- Dry fruit accordingly
- Ginger 1 medium piece
- Green chillie 3-4
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt 11/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Curd 2 tsp
- Malai 2 tsp
Method
Chop all the vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans, peas-as it,cauliflower, cheese). In a pan / Kadahi heat oil, fry lightly all vegetables for 2 min, add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water. saute it for 10 min. keep all the vegetables aside.
now in the same pan fry makhane and dry fruit lightly. keep them also aside.
Now heat oil in the same pan, add chopped onion in it. fry it till it becomes light pink in color. Add chopped (tomato, ginger, green chillies), salt, red chillie powder, coriander powder, garam masala. saute it till the masala mixture leaves oil.
Add curd in it. saute it for 2-3 min, add all vegetables and malai in it. Again saute it for 5-7 min. Serve it hot
