Mix well all the ingredients of making Kofta. make a ball by putting a Raisin in center of ball. Deep fry them one by one  firstly on high flame and after that at low flame. until they become golden brown.

For Gravy
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste. saute it till it become light pink in colour. now add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2-3- min.
after that add tomato paste, green chillies, red chillies, turmeric powder, salt, green coriender powder and garam masala in it, saute them thill the whole mixture leaves oil.
Now add milk and water, and let it cook covered for 10 min. Add koftas as soon it comes to boil turn off the heat.
Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves And Grated Cheese acc. to your taste. serve it hot.

 Note:

koftas will expand to about 11/2 times, if you like more gravy this is the time to add some more boiled water and adjust salt.
Koftas are very soft, so they should be added to the gravy when you are ready to serve, otherwise koftas will break.
