Kadahi Paneer


A delicious and very common dish, which we mostly eat in restaurant. so why should not we try it at home.


Ingredients
  • Cheese (Paneer)                        250 gm
  • Onion                                            3 Medium
  • Tomato                                          4 Medium
  • Ginger-Garlic-green chilli paste   2 tsp
  • Coriender (chopped)                     3 tsp
  • Red chilli                                       1 tsp
  • Salt                                                1 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania powder                              1 tsp
  • Garam masala                                1 tsp
  • Malai / fresh cream                        1/2 cup
  • Capsicum (Shimla mirch)              1 medium
  • Kasuri Methi                                  1 tsp
Method
Firstly cut paneer for making equal small size pieces. now make paste of two onions,and cut the remaining onion, capsicum, and one tomato into small heavy pieces. make paste of other two tomatoes.
Now take refined and heat it in kadahi. Put onion paste in it and let it be light brown in colour after that add ginger garlic paste and other masalas' in it, saute for a while longer, and then add tomato paste in it. Cook over high heat till oil separates.
Now add chopped capsicum, onion, tomato and saute it for a while and at last add malai and paneer pieces. saute it for 2-3- min. Garnish it with chopped coriender and serve it hot.
