It is one of the most delicious and healthy home made Indian sweet with pure desi ghee
Ingredients
- Desi ghee 1 cup
- Whole Wheat Flour(Atta) 1 cup
- Suji 1/4 cup
- Almonds 10 gm
- Cashew 10 gm
- Raisins(Kishmish) 10 gm
- Makhane 25 gm
- Edible Gum(Gond) 25 gm
- Magaz 25 gm
- Sugar,Crushed(Bura) 1 cup
Method
Take 2 tsp ghee in the pan and roast gond crystals, till golden brown.
They basically get puffed up when roasting and you have to let them all nicely roasted. keep them aside, now roast makhane in 2 tsp ghee in same pan and blend both things in mixer grinder one by one to crush them into coarse powder.
Heat the rest of the ghee in the same pan and roast aata till nice aroma comes, now add suji in aata and roast both of them unless it has a nice color. Take it off the heat immediately.
Mix evertything in a big bowl, and make balls.Now it is ready to serve.
Note: you can nuke(heat) it in Microwave for about 5-10 seconds before eating (if needed)
