- Chana Dal and Sabut Mung Dal 1 cup
- Bread Slice 1
- Onion, Chopped 1
- Ginger and garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chilli 1 tsp
- Souf ( Dardari Pissi Hui) 1 tsp
- Amchur 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Dhania Powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli (chopped) 2-3
- Hara Dhani (Chopped) 2 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
Method
Wash and Soak the dal for 1 hr. Cook the dal after adding water and 1/2 tsp salt, by giving 2 whistle in cooker (Dal khili- khili rahe yeh dhyan rakhen).
After Draining Dal blend it in grinder and add all Ingredients in mashed dal in a bowl except bread slice (including remaining 1/2 tsp salt)
Soak and drain bread slice in water and add this crushed bread slice in the mixture.
with the help of silai make kababs and deep fry in refined. firstly on high flame then on slow flame.
serve it hot with slices of onion and Coriender chutney.
