Pineapple Shikanji



Sweet and tangy Pineapple Drink

Ingredients
  • Pineapple,chopped            1 cup
  • Sugar                                1 tsp ot to taste
  • Black Salt                          a pinch
  • Lemon juice                       1 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder  a pinch
  • Green cardamom powder  1/4 teaspoon

Method

Pressure Cook Pineapple with sugar in a 2-4 cup of water or Boil Pineapple In a pan with water or sugar, cook till it done.

Strain the pineapple and set aside to cool. Add black salt, black pepper powder and green cardamom powder in the water and mix well.

In a Glass Pour Pineapple cubes with Lemon juice and Boiled Pineapple Mixture water. Referigerate it. Serve it chilled.

Or Serve it With Crushed Ice
